Privacy is Paramount and Pledged in this our Charter
This Charter is our public pledge: that all discussions, artefacts, and activities entrusted to the Viremoore Foundation remain forever private, upheld in confidence, and enshrined with reverence.
Privacy, Confidentiality & Dignity
The living works of the Viremoore Foundation—including The Legacy Register: The Atlas of Influence, the Codex of Intangible Luxury, discussions, associations, and all related activities—constitute an eternal body of cultural remembrance.
They exist to enshrine, with reverence, the essence of distinguished families and lineages for posterity, private, for the families and is shielded always from the gaze of the general public.
This Charter is at once a formal declaration and a personal pledge of the Foundation and its Custodian:
Privacy is Absolute
Everyone and everything entrusted to the Foundation remain strictly private. They will never be disclosed, published, or distributed without the explicit permission of the Honoured Family.
Digital Privacy and Managment: ISO 14721 (OAIS Model) is the framework for our digital preservation. All digital files—including artefacts, and associated records—are also stored and maintained under strict encryption protocols. Access is limited to only authorised personnel, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and security of each family’s legacy.
Custodianship, Not Publication
The Legacy Register, the Codex, and all related works are not public media or commercial undertakings. They are a private cultural archive, entrusted only to the families themselves and preserved for posterity.
Family Control
Each family retains full authority over the form and content of their record. Nothing will be included or preserved without their review and consent.
Dignity & Accuracy
The Custodian undertakes to safeguard the dignity, integrity, and truth of every family’s legacy, ensuring it is honoured with accuracy and respect.
Eternal Remembrance
Register serves as a custodian of cultural essence. The sole purpose of the Legacy Register is a prestigious ledger of trust: a living testament of guardianship, quietly inscribing those who chose to act in devotion to their heritage.
This Charter is publicly declared and privately upheld.
It binds the Foundation and the Custodian of the Register as both a solemn Charter and an enduring Pledge of privacy, reverence, and cultural guardianship.
