The Foundation Board serves as the primary decision-making body of the Viremoore Foundation. It oversees the strategic direction of the institution, including its initiatives, partnerships, and cultural priorities. The Board is chaired by the Foundation’s Founder, Ms. Angela Tunner, with Mr. Dirk Burmann, Director of Administration and Finance, serving as a core voting member.
Additional voting members will include distinguished patrons, philanthropic allies, and other qualified figures whose experience and cultural insight align with the Foundation’s mission.

The Foundation’s governance and cultural leadership will expand in time—guided not by status, but by resonance. We envision a living board and circle of advisors composed of those who feel an unshakable call to protect meaning, grace, and heritage in a world quickly forgetting them. These may include cultural historians, family office leaders, artisans, philosophers, archivists, heirs, our patrons—those who understand that true luxury is legacy, and who seek to protect what cannot be mass-produced.

Director of Administration and Finance - Dirk Burmann

A seasoned financial professional having played all keys of the CFO agenda with a CPA degree and deep experience, Dirk has helped launch and scale multiple high-integrity ventures across Europe. He brings both discipline and discernment, ensuring that each euro given is not only accounted for—but honoured. His counsel keeps the Foundation’s idealism grounded, and its ambitions feasible. More than a financial guide, he is a fierce protector of the founder’s vision and one of the first to recognize the singular cultural significance of this work.
